Return Policy
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So, for that reason (with the exception of airbags and controlled order parts), WE TAKE BACK ANYTHING WE SELL WITHIN 30 DAYS.
We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be resalable and in their original unopened packaging. You will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Call us at 1-866-347-4510 to arrange for any returns and obtain an RGA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. There is a 15% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts. If an order is refused at the point of delivery, any return shipping fees will be applied against the refund.
All core returns need to be returned to us and not the manufacturer to recieve proper credit. Never use the core return label in a remanufactured box! Send all cores to

1. Accuracy of parts are NOT guaranteed unless we are provided with a VIN. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with this information on every order if you want us to verify fitment. This extends to US market vehicles ONLY. We cannot verify fitment of any part on any vehicle that was sold new outside of the US market.
2. When a VIN is submitted we assume that you want the correct part for your vehicle. If the part you wish to order did not apply to your vehicle as built new (your car came new with gray floor mats and you want black ones) DO NOT include your VIN or the part number will be changed to what your vehicle calls for automatically, without prior notice.
